Serena’s Place is a residential program designed to provide stability, structure, and opportunity for people rebuilding their independence.

The program focuses on stabilising participants across all key areas of life — including housing, routine, wellbeing, and practical life skills — creating a solid foundation from which participants can confidently focus on employment and income generation.

While living at Serena’s Place, participants engage in supported employment opportunities within the program, allowing them to earn an income while they build skills, confidence, and work readiness. This approach reduces financial pressure and supports a gradual transition toward independent living and employment.

Serena’s Place is designed to be accessible and sustainable. Although there is a cost associated with participation, individuals are able to earn income during the program, and Centrelink benefits may continue where applicable, helping ensure financial stability throughout their stay.

At its core, Serena’s Place is about creating the conditions for long-term independence — offering not just accommodation, but a supportive environment where people can regain balance, purpose, and momentum.
